Get it, Windy? Arcanine's name is Windie in Japanese? Eh? Eh? Yeah, it's not that funny...

This time the arcanine is lion-like and in the mountains, so I guess he's a mountain lion.

Watercolor painting with white gel pen. The cirrus clouds are nothing but gel pen. One day i will be able to paint cirrus clouds that look like cirrus clouds.

You have some crazy painting skills there!

And your use of the gel pen is wonderful, especially on the sky. I love the stylized curls of Arcanine's long cream fur, and the delicate fuzzy texture of the shorter body fur. The piece is beautiful visually and has an awesome sense of motion because of the pose and the sweeping angles of the flowers and clouds.

I really can't express how much I love this! Everything looks amazing! I think you really captured how Arcanine is a mix between a tiger and dog! Most that I see only concentrate on the tiger side!

thanks! I actually tried to make it look more like a lion than a tiger, but the stripes just scream out, "Tiger!"
